Passed Class XII in any discipline. Students awaitingfinal examination results are also eligible to apply.
The department envision an all-round development amongst the students through holistic education. Extracurricular activities form an integral part in developing the mindset, temperament and attitude of the students. The department conducts regular Talk Fest delivered by well-known educationists and personalities. It also organises workshops on various issues of the Educational sector. Other activities such as school visits and interaction with the students, cleaning drives, community services form part and parcel of the ICFAI Meghalaya Education Department.
The Education Department offers a wide range of opportunities including teaching, education policy and reform, research and development, corporate training, counselling, educational administration, corporate training, community outreach and institutes of rural development. Furthermore, Education as a subject is inter-related to other disciplines such as Psychology, Sociology and so on, thereby making it relevant to these other disciplines hence the Education department provide diverse opportunities for those passionate about education to build fulfilling careers.
