An Introduction to the World of Investments – An Investor Awareness Initiative

ICFAI University, Shillong Campus, in association with NAL Academy Limited and NSE Academy, organised a Financial Awareness Programme titled “An Introduction to the World of Investments – An Investor Awareness Initiative” on 30th October 2026. The programme was conducted for B.Com, BBA, M.Com and MBA students. The sessions were led by Mr. Shibatosh Chowdhury, a retired SBI banking executive with 38 years of experience and expertise in mutual funds. The initiative aimed to enhance students financial literacy, investment awareness and informed financial decision-making. Successful participants will receive an NSE Academy certificate.
