The BHM Program

The Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) provides insight into the hospitality industry and prepares students for a career in this fast growing field. Hotel management is growing at a rapid pace and with its endless opportunities, it opens the door for students to build a career in this field. The program gives the students the necessary skills, knowledge and exposure to the management and organization involved in providing products and services in hotel industry.

Duration : Four years

Eligibility: Pass in 10 + 2 with aggregate 40% and above (any discipline).
Pass in 2 years Diploma in the relevant program. l Final year students are also eligible to apply.

Program Structure
The BHM program consists of 44 courses covered in 8 semesters spread over four years. Students are additionally required to do 2 summer internships at the end of Year 1 and Year II respectively and a project in the 8th semester.

Elective Streams
During 6th semester, students are exposed to elective courses in their respective field of specialization. The actual offering of electives will however, depend on optimal number of students opting for the same elective. 

Electives: Guest Relationship Management, Tour Organization, Resort & Homestay Management, Facility Planning, Total Quality Management, Event management, Services Marketing, Sales Management
